I've heard some good things about Torq, if you have a decent laptop.
If you are using turntables, I would recommend Serato Scratch Live above it.
If you are not using turntables, I would look into a Hercules brand system. You'll get a controller board and software, although they make you pay to upgrade the software.
The Torq Xponent includes a controller. The other Torq system includes an interface to hook up turntables and control it using turntables.
Really, Torq would be more useful for turntable-control of your computer. If not using turntables, I would choose either a Hercules system or another controller and Traktor software.
