I am buying land and the driveway goes out back now the guy out back said he owns 15 feet on each side?
the way is on the land i am buying and he only uses it to get to his house but now he says he owns 15 feet on each side of my driveway and that he can come on that 15 feet anytime he wants to but it does not say that any where in my land contract so can he do that?
