Useful in prevention of scalding by hot water by Ong Hock Chye on 04/12/2009: Had been scalded by the tap hot water before, when one used the hot water to wash oily dish and left, next I come along to wash hands, when hot water is still in the tap. Anyone know where I can get a driver schematic for a discrete tri-color, four lead LED?
I need a schematic for an LED driver circuit for a four lead tri-color LED, common cathode. Links and answers are greatly appreciated.
OK - not really an answer, but you obviously know what you are talking about. So why not just test it? Remember LEDs are current dependant devices, so a few volts and an in line ballast resistor to restrict current will should stop you from blowing it up on forward bias, reverse bias is unlikely to be a problem.
