I bough a USB condenser microphone (the AT2020) and am doing some small time recording. Im ready to invest in a Pre Amp for my microphone but its a USB microphone so its not compatible with most Pre Amp inputs. Are there any USB input Pre Amps, If not where can i get a USB to standard microphone jack converter?

OK, so time for the DUMB question, why do you think you NEED a preamp for a digital communications channel? You need some education on the difference between digital and analog signals in the real world...
What is going back and forth on the USB cable are digital signals. A pre-amp only applies to ANALOG signals. There is NO SUCH THING as a USB pre-amp! Nor is one even possible! Putting a pre-amp of any kind in would be like putting an amplifier into the ON/OFF circuit of a light switch! It will do exactly ZIP, NADA, BUPKIS! Apples-Oranges...
