Audion uk has a new u.s. importer
Audion, a world renown consumer tube audio equipment manufacturer, has named True Audiophile as their new exclusive U.S. Importer.

Audion audio products come to the United States at a very good time for consumers looking to find the best value in tube audio. Competing with many American tube audio components that have had quality control issues or had to raise their pricing exponentially, Audion is a welcome alternative. Audion is a legendary audio company having begun in 1986 after its founding members and designers split off from Audio Note UK.
Audion tube audio products regularly win Product of the Year in countries all over the world. In 2010 the Japanese audio press named their Silver Night 300B as the Audio Product of the Year. Previously they won this distinction in Italy, France, UK and other countries.
Audion was then established in 1987 by David Chessell and Erik Anderson, Audio Innovations changed hands and the original owner of Audio Innovations went on to buy into AudioNote Japan becoming AudioNote UK. Trying to hook headphones up to my tv?
I have a Samsung HDTV (not sure the model) and am trying to hook up my Sennheiser HD 238 headphones into them. I bought a 1 foot Y cable for the white/red things in the back of my tv. It says "dual RCA (phono) Male to 1/4 inch stereo female". It connects the white/red, to a 1/4 inch headphone jack. I needed to buy a headphone jack adapter to connect my 1/8 inch headphones into the 1/4 inch Y cable. The adapter says "1/4 stereo male to 1/8 mono female". My problem is that I only hear it through the left ear. Also, when I bring just the headphones and the headphone adapter (not the Y cable) to my stereo, I still just hear out of one ear, so it's probably the headphone adapter. Would I need a 1/4 stereo male to 1/8 stereo female? Is it the 1/8 mono female that is causing the issue?
You've diagnosed the problem correctly. You'll need a 1/4 stereo male to 1/8 stereo female adaptor to use your Y cable.
