Necklaces Glowstick

Main purpose of glow sticks
Glow sticks are plastic cylinders which depend on a chemical process called chemilluminescence to give off light. When a glow stick is snapped, the electrons in the chemicals become highly active and when their energy levels drop, they produce energy in the form of light. There are several patents for "glow stick" style devices by various inventors, most of which are held by the US Navy.
Their main purpose is to provide light for recreational use in places such as parties however wholesale glow sticks are also sold as safety lighting for instances such as camping and boat trips. However, glow sticks are more commonly used for recreational purposes. Wholesale glowsticks are often used for entertainment. Glow sticking refers to the use of glow sticks in dancing, which is particularly popular at dance clubs, concerts and raves. During the annual Mid-autumn festival in Hong Kong, wholesale glow sticks are often seen on display and they are also widely used during the Halloween period. According to the Guinness Book of Records, the world's largest glow stick, measuring eight feet and four inches tall was constructed and illuminated at the opening ceremony for the second Bang Face Weekender, a neo rave festival held at a holiday park in East Sussex on the 24th April, 2009.
While wholesale glow sticks are generally considered single use items, it is commonly thought that wholesale glow sticks can be put into a freezer to slow the chemical reaction to prolong their usage, as the low temperatures solidifies the mixture and slows the photon release. Conversely, heating up glow sticks can also make photon release speed up, making them brighter, but simultaneously lessening the life of the glow stick.
There are two solutions which combine when glow sticks are broken. If released, these substances can cause reactions such as skin irritation or vomiting, can stain fabrics and are considered damaging to the environment, so although they are generally considered safer than sparklers when being used for entertainment purposes, they should still be used with caution.
Glow sticks can also take on other forms as well. Glow necklaces and glow bracelets are made when the plastic casing is more flexible, allowing the glow stick to be shaped in a variety of ways. Glow necklaces and glow bracelets are also popular for use in parties. Glow products appear brighter under UV black light (Also known as fluorescent light, UV light or ultraviolet light), making them ideal for use in themed parties. There is a wide range of glow products available, including glow party ware such as shot and martini glasses and decorations. As it is strongly inadvisable to use the contents of glow sticks for body decoration, there are also hair and make up products available for use in "black light parties" to add to the atmosphere.
