Data loss after removing Roxio Easy CD Creator 5 Platinum Edition

Roxio Easy CD Creator 5 Platinum Edition software allows you to burn and share any type of data on CD (Compact Disk). The above error message primarily occurs if the Prtseqrd.sys UpperFilter driver registry entry is not removed when you remove Easy CD Creator 5 Platinum Edition. This registry entry is added by Easy CD Creator 5 Platinum Edition Setup.
When you remove the program, the Prtseqrd.sys driver file is removed. However, in some cases, the UpperFilter entry remains in the registry and this condition causes the STOP error message when you start Windows XP.
Resolution:
To resolve the above error message and access the data, you will need to take these measures:
Ø Edit the registry and use a backup registry system hive
Ø Edit the system hive from a parallel Windows installation

Is this genetically possible?
My friend is mixed racially (Turkish/Greek/Spanish/Italian/Native American/African descent). She has platinum blonde hair (almost white) but her skin is a reddish brown goldish tone (sort of like Hawaiian tone). Look when youre a baby its different, she could have adapted to her surroundings, or as she matured i.e puberty this is what could have happened and anyway she already had blond hair as a baby, so she has it now, yes its genetically possible for someone to be like that.
