How To Become An LP Records Trader
If you have a collection of old LP records, you could sell them to record album collectors and make money for yourself. Even though only particular pieces are more prized than others, it's still worth the go. Do you want to be a record broker? It's feasible. But first, you should do a few things to become one.
1. Rake through every corner of your house where LP records could be concealed. Amass the records for more household breathing space and extra money. There are three kinds of albums that could be worth much: LP records, 78s, and 45s. Whatever you have that you want to throw away, organize all of them.
2. Don't forget the notion of supply and demand. If your record albums are matchless, they could demand a higher value. If there are millions of other copies out there, then yours won't be worth that worth much. To realize if your record is unique, examine the artist, the label on which it was recorded, or if there is something strange in the record.
3. Grade your records. A record could be "mint" or "near mint" or it could be a lower grade. Does your album belong to the higher grade or the lower grade? Uncover it.
4. Reflect on the content of the recording. There are different types of musical recordings that will establish the value of the records. Do you have jazz albums, original Broadway cast and movie soundtracks, early rhythm and blues records and the doowop sound albums? You can command a higher value for these records. If you have classical vinyl albums, you could exact a higher amount for orchestral performances, solo instrumental, chamber music and concertos, solo vocal and operatic arias, and complete operas. On top of the classes of musical recordings, a mono or stereo record will also verify the worth of a record.
5. Discover the proper shopper. LP records are procured by collectors, mail order brokers, used record stores, audiophiles, and individual music lovers. If you have very valuable record albums, discover the fitting trader who knows the market well since he can resell them at a much higher amount. Collectors are always on the heels of a very singular record to add to their collection; your piece could be next.
6. Do your fact-finding. How can you tell if you're LP records are treasured or not? Via meticulous scrutiny.
7. Systematize your record albums. Produce a file in relation to the performer, title, record catalog number and condition. There are people you may know or come across online who would like to buy records from your listing.

Ebay problem where do I stand folk.?
Sold DVD'S to buyer item was in mint condition and never watched unwanted gift. Have just received email stating items are damaged and they want refund. The damage has been done on transport with GPO. I'm a honest seller and have 100% feedback and I don't think I should have to pay for the GPO fault. If I get hassle from the person again what do you think I should do. Post insurance was not offered to customer however recorder delivery was however was declined.
Item arrived they are complaining about damage that GPO caused. Damage is minor however they bought item as gift for birthday.
i have had similar problems, someone said they had had to pay extra postage for an item i sent, which is unlikely since it was sent through the post office and weighed before hand!. i just send an email back being polite and explain the situation, you are well within your rights not to offer a refund, after all you dont know if they are even telling the truth! if they are still not happy the worst they cando is post negative feedback, which people arent even going to take notice of if you have lots of positives already. some people are just never happy!!
