Why does my Samson CO1U USB Microphone not appear in Sequel 2?
When I plug in the Mic it claims the the 'USB Device is not recognised.' It also says that no Driver is installed.
When I record in Audacity it records normally however, when I attempt to record in Sequel, it does not appear in the Audio Connection section and no level comes through. Why is this? Is it neccessary to install software?
Plugged it in, XP recognized it as a USB Audio Device. go to control panel, to test it. Selected the USB Multimedia Device as input choice. Microphone will not register and sound. Unistalled and try again, check volume meter . Ok, unistalled again in device manager and put in the cd-rom that came with it. Installer starts up and says to please plug in the "USB Multi-Channel Audio Device" and install driver again. plug it in, XP recognizes it and will tell hardware is properly installed. The installer software won't recognize that this happened. delete the upper and lower filters in the bios, and uninstalled anything that has to do with Logitech webcams per other people.
if not working that it may has to do with being a Dual Core CPU
