What all do i need to set up a recording studio?
I'm trying to set up a recording studio in my room and i need to know what all equip i need. if it helps i am a rapper/producer, i have a YPT-300 Yahmaha Keyboard, USB Midi Cord, FL Studio 7, and i'm gonna cool edit pro, or MAGIX to record my vocals.

well im not a dj and i dont sample in my beats, so i wouldnt need a cdj, but do i really need a djm? cant i just mix on the computer or do i need that for best quality or something?
well, get a Mac Book, or one of the New Apple G5's but the new one. it has a program called garage band where u can layer tracks, professionally record your own voice, use synthisizers, and its amazing it has every instrument, its great, and way cheaper than buying other stuff, plus u can hook up ur other setup and use the mac as a home base, good luck :]
